GreenPro Environmental Health was founded by Jim McDonald after nearly four decades of managing and protecting some of South Florida's most prestigious residential properties.
As an Estate Manager, Jim’s responsibilities extended far beyond maintaining beautiful homes. He was entrusted with protecting multimillion-dollar estates, complex building systems, valuable collections, employees, guests, family members, and beloved pets.
Over the years, one truth became increasingly clear:
A home or workplace is about much more than appearance.
Indoor air quality, moisture, ventilation, surface hygiene, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions all contribute to the overall health of a building—and to the well-being of everyone inside it.
Those experiences inspired Jim to create GreenPro Environmental Health.
His vision was to establish a company dedicated to helping people better understand their indoor environments through professional assessment, education, advanced environmental technologies, and measurable verification.
Today, GreenPro continues that mission by helping businesses and homeowners move beyond appearances and toward healthier indoor environments.
